Welcome to the inner workings of my head or otherwise known as my blog.
Hello, my name is Kyra Mishra and I am a high school student with a humongous appetite and love for science, specifically Biological Anthropology. Now if you are worried that this isn’t going to be advanced enough or just a textbook regurigitated then have no fear I promise that the material here will be factual but also have new and fun spins on topics. On the flip side I hope you don’t think that this will be to factual and scary because this will be perfect for beginners. In my mind there is no better blog for beginners because it is written by a beginner.
Science and Anthropology are a big part of my life but they are not all there is to me. You can often find me in the kitchen with a home bake, at swim practice, singing my heart out in choir or just hanging out with my study buddy ergo my dog Tickles. But my love for biology is rooted in thing things that I love to do like hiking and picnics. They help me connect with nature with helps me connect with science.
As I mention before I have a love for all nature related activities and so when I learned about biology it just made me fully understand the thing that I have been loving all my life, nature. And when I learned about Anthropology the study of human evolution and behavior I just couldn’t get enough.
This is what lead me to choose Biological Anthropology as my college major of choice. It could change but right now it is perfect for me with a blend of science, curiosity, and adventure.
So if you’re even a little bit curious about what makes humans tick, stick around. This blog might just be for you.
